Who are we??
KNPNT is a Boutique Headhunter.
KNPNT consists of two partners who are supported by research and back-office employees.
What does KNPNT mean?
"KNPNT" is a variation of "Knooppunt," the name of the company as we started more than 25 years ago. The name is still relevant because we connect people to strategies. (If anyone has a suggestion for a more fun name, we're open to it : )

"We have over 25 years of experience in recruiting top candidates for various industries and positions. As a result, we have a deep understanding of the different roles within an organization and how they contribute to the company's strategy. We also consider it essential to stay updated on the latest technical and strategic developments to support companies in these areas."
What does a headhunter do?
"We effectively fulfill vacancies by searching for candidates in the market who align well with our clients' strategies. The strategy is paramount; it defines the purpose of the position. We also assist clients in making that translation. Therefore, we provide companies with advice on potential candidates who align well with the direction a company wants to take.
Not always does the entire wishlist (in terms of candidate competencies) of a company match the available talent in the market. In such cases, we present good alternatives. Often, these candidates fit just as well or even better than expected.
"Headhunting" essentially means "searching for candidates," or in other words, "recruitment and selection." The way we operate is by directly approaching people. Typically, we reach out to candidates via LinkedIn. These candidates are already in our network, either in the 1st or at most 2nd degree. This means that we already know you or that you know someone we already know.
Initially, we send you a message via "Inmail" (or another medium) to inquire about your interest in a particular position and ask if you would like to contact us."
